The Biden Prophecy

This weekend Joe Biden said in a speech that in Barack Obama's first six months in office he will face an international crisis. Stating they want to test Obama. The nations of the world, the Al-Qaeda's, the Achmedinajad's, the Chavez's, the Putin's will want to see if he has back bone or not. Will he be weak like Clinton after the Cole? Or will he be like Bush after 9/11 and strike back?

If this doesn't scare anyone who wants to vote for Obama then I don't know what will. Why do you think many of the world's nations are pushing for an Obama presidency? The reason is the consensus is he is weak, and the world is right. Obama is weak. He has no foreign policy experience. Saying things like, Iran a small insignificant nation that is no threat to us or our army bombing innocent civilians in Pakistan. These statements themselves prove that point and he has made others as well.

This evening former ambassador to the UN John Bolton was on Hannity and Colmes talking about this very topic. Bolton is a well respected foreign affairs expert and has come to the same conclusions stated above.

So if Biden is right are we in for a huge awakening after January 20, 2009? Will we pay for the US voters and MSM who are spell bound by this man and his eloquent speeches, who promote him? Biden, how can you run with this man under a prediction like that? Are you in it for us or yourself? Will the MSM like the New York Times, MSNBC and others feel any remorse for their bias? If this was to happen then, how will Obama react? Will his reaction be in the good of the American people or will it be politically motivated as with all his plans during the election process? These are some of the questions that need answers. But the answers can only come after Obama's election. So I ask the reader here, are you ready to take that chance?

Powell Endorses McCain (MSM is Mum about it)

Yesterday Colin Powell endorses Barack Obama for president. Straying  away from the Republican Party and saying the party has gone to far to the right. Stating he doesn't like the negative tone that the McCain campaign has taken on, and Sarah Palin is to far to the right with little experience. Powell must be shell shocked, but anyway.

So what Powell has endorsed john McCain? Michael Powell, former chairman of the F.C.C., former policy adviser to Dick Cheney and son to Colin Powell. Thats who. Now Michael is not the "man of stature" that his father is but is sticking to his core beliefs as a conservative. With Colin Powell's  endorsement, the Obama camp states that Colin Powell will have a place in the Obama administration. Seems like a little back scratching going on here.

Now this endorsement happened back in January and got no coverage what so ever. But Michael Powell has been active in the McCain campaign since then. He has donated money to the campaign and acts as a surrogate and media adviser to the McCain campaign.

Funny thing is how funny would it have been if the positions were reversed. Little known Michael Powell would be in the spot light as a progressive young black American, while his father would have been regulated to the back of the bus for his position.  Just another moment in MSM bias history. Hate to be in that house come Thanksgiving.

Obama's Heathcare Plan (Socialized Medicine)

One of the biggest issues today is the rising cost of health care. Both candidates have plans to help Americans get health coverage for their families. Barack Obama's plan is socialized medicine.

In the debates and on the campaign trail he has said if those who do not have insurance will be put on the federal program that he and John McCain have as federal employees. This is a good plan, federal employees and government officials have great coverage. But here lies the problem. This is an employee plan similar to what businesses carry. Obama wants to broaden this system to cover American citizens not employed by the government. At what cost would this be to the American taxpayer? We all know that lower class people and those owning or working for a small businesses who have no insurance will be lumped into here. The rates will be considerably lower than private insurance I am sure. Must make it fair and affordable. Any short fall will come out of tax revenues. So our taxes will go up under this system. Basically turning this plan into another Medic-Aid plan.

Included into this plan is the "play or pay"  fine system John McCain has brought to light. What this is if you are an uninsured person or a small business who does not provide insurance to your employees you will be lumped into the government plan and pay what they say are premiums. How many businesses will this bankrupt? Forcing businesses into this plan is wrong. Jobs will be lost adding to the rolls of the uninsured.

The biggest problem is the cost as I stated above. I am sure that premiums will be less than private insurance, with taxpayer subsidies paying the remainder. People will drop their conventional insurance to get into this plan to save money. Enlarging the roles and costs of operation. Raising the taxpayer liability for this plan. This is what has happened in Hawaii with their universal health care for children. People with employer provided insurance were dropping their children for the states cheaper rates. This in turn strained the system and caused its demise. This is what will happen to Obama's plan. Costing Americans millions in jobs and money.

What really needs to be done by either candidate is to go after the insurance companies and bring rates down. Go after doctors who fraud and cheat the insurance system. Stop the trial lawyers from raping people in lawsuits, costing all of us millions. Insurance companies have been for years raising rates and cutting back on coverage, to enlarge profits. Going unchecked and unchallenged. Thanks to their lobbying efforts in government.  Get true immigration reform that will get illegal immigrants out of the country and stopping the free health care they get on us. I live in an area with a large transient and migrant population. Millions are spent taking care of these people who don't have to pay.

To reform health care we need to reform the system we have, not build another to allow the already faulty system to still function.

Joe The Plumber vs Colin Powell

While pondering what Powell's endorsement of Barack Obama means, I thought of this. Who would I want to endorse me if I was running for president? So here are my thoughts.

Colin Powell and Joe the Plumber both served this country in the military. Powell made it a career Joe did not. This is pretty much all they have in common. Colin Powell was a distinguished General, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He served many presidents well. I admire what he has done for himself and his country. He serves as Secretary of State for George W. Bush in his first term. Helped push for the Iraq war and was vocal on national security after 9/11.

Joe the plumber is the average middle class father. Hard working, just got custody of his son, and is trying to make a good life for themselves. Wants to better himself by owning his own business and achieve the American Dream. He had a once in a lifetime experience a week ago when the first black presidential candidate, Barack Obama, was walking through his neighborhood. He stepped up and asked him an honest question. He was given an honest answer by Obama and moved on. Since then Joe has been the center of media attention all over the country. Doing interviews, getting slammed by the MSM and the very candidate he asked the question of.

So who would I want endorsing me if I was running for president? I would want Joe the Plumber. Now some may see this as crazy, but here is why. Go ask the average American citizen on the street who Colin Powell is, I bet many don't know. Even with his accomplishments he would probably be unknown. But ask them about Joe the Plumber. Everyone will know him, not because of any accomplishments or his huge success in life, or even his fifteen minutes of fame he is enjoying, or not. But because he resembles all of us middle class working stiffs in America.  Who are working hard for our piece of the American Dream. So do I want millions of Joe the Plumbers endorsing my bid for president or do I want one retired general? I will take the plumbers any day.

Why Did Colin Powell Endorse Barack Obama?

Today Colin Powell endorsed Barack Obama for president. Why did he do this?

Shortly after is announcement he took a few questions about his endorsement from the press. He stated that he was upset about the negativity that the McCain campaign has taken on. Stating that they called Barack Obama a Muslim. No one ever in the McCain campaign called him a Muslim. In fact  McCain defended Obama at a rally. When an elderly women called Obama an Arab, McCain came to Obama's defense.  Next issue was taxes. Powell called all taxes are a redistribution of wealth. Gen. Powell your wrong. Yes we pay taxes to sustain our government, but those taxes are not meant to send check to those who don't pay taxes or make less than another just to " spread the wealth around." The other issue is the war. This is the one that really gets me. Powell stood in front of the United Nations pushing for the war in Iraq, stating it was a need event and must be done. But went on to say that everything was great until the statue fell in Bagdad. Well he's right, and he went on to say we didn't have a plan to go from there. He stated the surge has worked great and commended our troops. Also stating that he didn't like the tone of the McCain campaign stating that Obama was a terrorist. No one said he was a terrorist, just that a long time connection of his was a terrorist. If he is worried about negatives, look at Obama's rallies. Supporters wearing offensive shirts in regards to Sarah Palin, the Atlantic magazine photographers doctored photos. At least McCain rebuked his supporters on this , Obama has yet to.

So know I ask, why is he endorsing a candidate that was against the war from the begining, against the surge that worked and wants to bring home our troops immediately and cause us defeat? Here is why, Powell pushed for the war, he was all for it, and I agree we as a nation did the right thing. But as Powell has stated once the statue fell in Bagdad everything went south. So when Powell spoke up about this as Secretary of State with Bush, he was most likely ignored. Rumsfeld probably talked him down. It is a known fact that Powell and Rumsfeld don't like each other. I believe this is a big reason that Powell left after one term. The other reason is when he spoke at the U.N. he was speaking with evidence that was faulty. Making him look bad to the world. This was Bush's fault. They used Powell as the fall guy to pitch the war to the world based on faulty evidence.

So to answer the question, why did Powell do this? He has had a bad taste in his mouth since his secretary of state days with the Bush administration. This is a known fact. I believe it is to get back at his party. Even though he stated he is still a republican, I think this endorsement is out of spite.  The points above for his endorsement don't sound valid. Anyone following this election at home knows these facts and their truths. When he mad his statements he sounded like a man who just started watching this election two days ago. So to say his endorsement is a bombshell, yes it was. Was it politically motivated, yes it was? Is it a resounding act of hypocrisy from a well respected general and leader of our country , yes it was. I am saddened by this event and by the loss of integrity by a man who had so much in the eyes of our nation.

The Joe The Plumber Factor

Over the past week Joe the Plumber has become a huge news story. Starting when Barack Obama made the gaff " spreading the wealth around," to John McCain bringing him into the debate.

So what kind of effect is he having on the campaigns? Well McCain is playing it as much as he can. Using Joe as a figure head for the average American middle class worker. Obama is defending himself against his remarks to Joe as well as downplaying him. Joe asked a question to a candidate and got a truthful answer.

So how does this make him a bad guy? Obama and the MSM is slamming this poor guy to try to discredit him, like he was running for office. Many in the media stating that McCain should have vetted him. Why does Joe need vetting? He's not running for office. He is just a guy who asked a question and got an answer, thats it. So what if he is not a "plumber" as some are saying. So what if he has a tax lien. So what if is real name is Sam. Many people go by their middle names. Many people have tax liens due to hard financial times. Many people have dreams of owning their own business.  So now this guy is a  scum bag? Gimme a break. He is just the average "Joe."

The real problem is that Joe has endangered Obama. The MSM will not allow that. He is making Obama look bad and calling out is lies. So in order to fix this, the MSM and Obama must smear the average guy. Is this who we want for our president? The MSM and elitists have so pushed for Obama that they won't let their hard work be taken down by some plumber in Ohio. How low will the MSM and liberal democrats go to win?

Joe The Plumber Gets Slammed By Obama Campaign and Press

Today after the debate and his all of a sudden fame Joe the plumber is being slammed by Obama, is VP running mate and the MSM. So this poor guy asks a question about Obama's tax plan, gets an answer, then gets brought into the debate. On the day after because of the media stir his mention in the debate has caused, all concerned parties( Obama, MSM, etc) are trying to destroy this guy. Mocking him saying "how many plumbers make $250,000 dollars," etc. This is plain wrong. This just shows Obama's arrogance and lack of concern for the American people. Hell, maybe I will play the race card like they do. Would it be different if he was a black plumber? Please I won't stoop that low and I am appalled at Obama and Biden's actions. Shows you who is really important there.

He doesn't have a license they say. Well why if he doesn't own the business he doesn't need one. I am sure he will take the test to get a license so he can own the business. All Obama is trying to do is make Joe the plumber irrelevant. That means he making us all irrelevant, because Joe is just like all of us.

Thats who I want for president. Not!

I Have Some Questions To The MSM News People

All you MSM news people out there, I know most of you are in the tank for Barack Obama. Now don't deny it because your actions speak louder than you words. So here is my question, when Obama raises your taxes how happy will you be?

I know many of you out there make over $250,000 dollars a year. You may not do that just on TV, but most of you have investments, and book deals. So when Obama is elected as you all say he will be, will you happily write that check? Or will you start complaining? If it is the later then you have no one to blame but yourself. Chris Matthews will you get a shiver up your leg and have an Obama-gasm when signing that check? Arianna Huffington will you be happy after bashing and sensoring conservatives on your web site.  Not being able to complain because the Obama truth squads will sensor your complaining as you sign that check. You all are blinded by your conservative hatred that you will sell the farm to the first one to come along that is different. You couldn't even get a decent middle of the road democrat like Hillary Clinton. You all were spellbound from day one.  Charles Gibson, Katie Couric will you be sorry for your treatment of Sarah Palin during your interviews? As you sign that wonderful tax check to Obama to give away to those who don't work for it. Larry King how will you feel when Obama strains our relations with Israel not helping them when they need us. You are Jewish and that should concern you. Oh wai,t you met with Ahmadinejad and interviewed him. He thinks all Jews should be killed and  Israel wiped off the map. But I am sure your ok with that.

Muslim Honor Killings In The US

In a day were tolerance of different religious, ethnic beliefs are on the rise in the United States one very horrible custom is on the rise. This is the custom of honor killings. What is honor killing? It is the killing of a family member, usually women, for disgracing a families honor when deviating from accepted religious or ethnic beliefs.

With the growth of Islam in the United States on the rise, more of these types of acts will occur. Many of Islam's radical views have been adopted and are being practiced here in the US. What I don't understand, is that people come from the Middle East to live in the United States wanting to make a better life for themselves. I can live with that, but when you bring your religion here to a free country and try to enforce laws  and customs that completely contradict the principles of our constitution then they have no place here. Again this is a perfect example of what I mentioned in another post about division in America. If you don't like our customs and our way of life, then why are you here? You are free to worship your God in the way your religion prescribes. But customs that cause violence, oppression and death have no place here.

Organizations like CAIR, The Council for American-Islamic Relations, state that Islam is a peaceful religion.  CAIR also states that honor killings are not Islamic and not part of the religion. But in fact sharia law permits honor killings. Sharia law is the set of practices used in Muslim countries as a basis for their government. A set of practices based on the Islamic religious belief system.

So what is happening know is fathers and sons in these Muslim families are passing judgment on their sisters, wives and mothers based on sharia law. When many of these women start to dress more western or start doing things that under their religious beliefs are forbidden. Many practices American kids take part in can be seen as forbidden. Things like school dances, proms etc. can be forbidden because of the mixing of the two genders. Wanting to date boys rather than be with the arrange husband that has been picked for them. Yes believe it or not many of these families practice arranged marriages right here in the United States.

Here are some examples of honor killings in the US:
  • Fifty-year-olImage and video hostinhref=d Yaser Abdel Said became the focus of a massive manhunt after he allegedly killed his teenage daughters Sarah and Amina — for dating boys against his will. Relatives say he tried to marry off Amina in his native Egypt when she was 16, and he hasn't been seen since the girls were shot to death on New Year's Day. He has still not been caught. Fox news just did a piece on this today. FBI agents believe Abdel Said's brother and other family members are helping him.

  •   Waheed Mohammad, a 22-year-old immigrant from Afghanistan, was shamed by his sister, who he thought was a "bad Muslim girl." At his mother's behest, investigators say, he tried to "stop" his sister, stabbing her multiple times,   thank God she survived.
  • Zein Isa, a Palestinian terrorist who lived in St. Louis, was convicted of killing his daughter Palestina in 1989.  InvestigImage and video hosting by TinyPicators say he was furious she had a black boyfriend, went to a school dance and got a job at Wendy's. Palestina's mother held her down as Isa plunged a 9-inch knife into his daughter's chest, actions the FBI picked up on a microphone as they investigated Isa for his terrorist ties.



So as we see that these are not isolated incidents. There are many more examples I just didn't have room for. Assimilation into a society is important if people are of foreign origin. This assimilation allows for less isolationism. People should not forced to give up their beliefs, they however must obey our laws. Honor killing is against the law. It must not be allowed here or anywhere.

How Joe The Plumber Is Like All Small Business Owners

As we all know, Barack Obama told Joe the Plumber he wants to spread the wealth around. Well I say Joe has a great concern. I know many small businesses make less than 250,000 dollars. But there are many out there that do. In fact quiet a lot of them do.

Lets take Joe the Plumber, he will probably make around 250,000 dollars a year. But now he has payroll, insurances, vehicles needed for the businesses. He has supplies to buy, licensing fees and local taxes. He has to banking money for expansion and growth. Joe has to take his salary as well. So he will have many expenses to pay and increasing his taxes will kill his growth.

Look at another scenario. Owner/Operator truck drivers are small business owners. I know quiet a bit about this business being a truck driver myself.  Many owner operators make over 250,000 dollars a year as a business. But then you need to deduct all the expenses.  Expenses included road use permits for all states traveled in. With these permits taxes need to be paid to each state. You have tires, repairs, maintainence,  fuel, insurances etc.  Fuel  is a huge cost for drivers in fact its one of the biggest expenses. With the price of oil bouncing around like it is this cost cannot be forecast  easily. Plus banking capital for these expenses and other unforeseen costs. After all is said and done many owner/operators end up taking home between 41,000-50,000 dollars for themselves out of the 150,000 to 250,000  they bring in.

So if the heart of the American economy is small business, then why target them and make them pay more? Why jeopardize the already fragile American economy so you can give money away to people who aren,t going to work for it. That is just stupid. Anyone can have success in this great country. All you need to do is get up of the couch and go for it. If you just sit there stating, I am this or that, I am being oppressed etc, its your own fault. Those days in this country are gone. Those who work hard make it here, it is proven time and time again by many who come here from other countries and do it. I am a second generation American, my grandfather came here from Ireland before WW2. He worked 3 jobs to support my dads family. He made it and my father and his siblings made it. But by working hard, not expecting a hand out.

What Joe The Plumber Thinks

Last week in a campaign event in Ohio Joe Wurzelbaher, a plumber, had a conversation with Barack Obama. Joe asked that as a small business owner would his taxes go up.Barack Obama responded yes and that we needed to spread the wealth around.  FamilySecurityMatters.org’s Pam Meister had a candid conversation with Joe about his experience. The interview is here below enjoy.

PAM MEISTER: You recently met Sen. Obama on the campaign trail in Ohio, and you asked him a question about his tax policies. What exactly was your question for him?

JOE WURZELBACHER: Initially, I started off asking him if he believed in the American Dream and he said yes, he does – and then I proceeded to ask him then why he’s penalizing me for trying to fulfill it. He asked, “what do you mean,” and I explained to him that I’m planning on purchasing this company – it’s not something I’m gonna purchase outright, it’s something I’m going to have to make payments on for years – but essentially I’m going to buy this company, and the profits generated by that could possibly put me in that tax bracket he’s talking about and that bothers me. It’s not like I would be rich; I would still just be a working plumber. I work hard for my money, and the fact that he thinks I make a little too much that he just wants to redistribute it to other people. Some of them might need it, but at the same time, it’s not their discretion to do it – it’s mine.

PM: …taxing small businesses making $250,000 and above is going to help the people “behind you.” And yes, “spreading the wealth around.” How did you feel about that?

JW: As soon as he said it, he contradicted himself. He doesn’t want to “punish” me, but – when you use the word “but,” you pretty much negate everything you just said prior to that. So he does want to punish me, he does want to punish me for working harder to – you know, my big thing is the American Dream. I work hard. You know, I was poor; my mom raised me and my brother by herself for a very long time until my dad came along. So I know what it’s like to suffer. It’s not like I was born with a silver spoon. Usually it was a wooden spoon and it was on my butt. It was just a contradiction of terms, what he said: he doesn’t want to punish me but he wants to redistribute my wealth. And what I mean when I say my wealth, I mean the collective. Eventually – I mean, just to sound a little silly here, but you need rich people. I mean, who are you going to work for?

PM: Do you fear this is the possibility of America turning more down the socialist road if Obama does become elected and if he is able to implement these policies?

JW: Very much so. You start giving people stuff, and then they start expecting it – and that scares me. A lot of people expect it now. They get upset when their check’s late, they get upset when they don’t get as many benefits as they used to, or when different government agencies are cut or spending is cut here and there for whatever reason – people get upset at that. And that’s because they’re used to getting it and they want more. I mean, everyone’s always gonna want more. People work the system left and right to get more out of welfare, to get more out of state assistance, federal assistance. And if government’s there for them, they’re gonna keep on trying to manipulate it to get more out of it. You got people that come along and say, “Hey, I wanna help you people,” I mean, they’re all ears! They’re like, “Hey, you can help me more, I don’t have to work as hard, I don’t have to do as much, and you’re gonna give me this? Man, that’s great, you’re a good guy.”

I think Joe speaks for all of us hard working Americans, who are trying to realize the American dream and take the risks, break our backs and make this country great. We do not need to give more entitlements to those who don't want to participate. I can see a need for temporary assistance during a personal or family crisis. But at the same time with each type of assistance there needs to be a clear road to independence off  public assistance.

What Does Barack and These Two Have In Common?

Notice the pictures in this post. Can you see any similarities? I do and it shows me that we are heading into a scary time in our nations history. Who are these people? Well the first one is Vladimir Lenin, the middle one we all know Barack Obama, and the bottom on is Mao Si Tung. Never in my life have I ever seen a picture of a presidential candidate or even an American president like this. These pictures are called worship posters. In communist and fascist countries they are used to push support for the leader. They are plastered all over the place. They were all over Russia, you see them in Iran, they were in Iraq during Hussein. Adolph Hitler used them. Another thing that is common between the three. They were all very      charismatic and articulate speakers. Able to motivate the masses in a scary and almost hypnotic ways. So again I wonder were are we going.

Notice Obama's tax ideas. Very socialist to say the least. Putting a ceiling on how much you can make before the government steps in and takes your money. Then decides it should go to the guy down the street, because he makes less than you. Sounds like a Marxist concept if you ask me. So if you want socialism, heading towards communism, vote for Obama.

I keep hearing in the news that if Obama wins and the democrats enlarge their hold in congress, our government goes unchecked. Now it seems all of the democrats that are in control are ultra liberal like Obama. So we, as Americans and conservatives will be in grave danger. Any candidate that can put out his own worship poster, has a serious arrogance problem. Second it shows exactly what he expects form the people who follow him. Complete worship and adoration. This is scary and not what this country needs.

What Obama's Tax Plan Really Looks Like

Joe The Plumber

John Mccain spoke during the debate to all Americans when he mentioned Joe the plumber. This man is a hard working,   ambitious man looking to better himself . When Barack Obama told him over the weekend that he "wanted to spread the wealth," Joe's look was priceless. So anyway John McCain mentioned Joe 15 times and Barack mentioned him 7 times. This shows me that McCain is looking out for all of us. So now what is Joe's opinion? After the debate Joe was asked what he thought, he stated that he will not say who he will vote for, but he still thinks Obama's tax plan will hurt him.

Obama Video "Spread The Wealth Around"

Barack Obama in his tax plan wants to raise taxes on small business. Even though he denies it, this is what is going to happen. He admits it here in this video when questioned by a plumber in Pennsylvania.
