It is honeymoon time. Obama is now the president and the MSM loves it. It is just making me crazy seeing the semi orgasmic reactions to the inauguration yesterday. Why is it like this? It has never been this way with any other president. Yes Obama is the first African American president. That is historic and I am proud of my country to have put racism down to do such a thing. But what if he was a black republican? Would he have been given the same treatment?
Many of the MSM "news" programs today just fawning over yesterdays events unceasingly. Commentators like Rachel Maddow saying "President Obama, I really like saying that." But it wasn't the words but the look she had that really made me sick. It was like a teenager after their first sexual experience. I mean lets be real he is just the president not God. Joy Behar on the "View" was also just as giddy. Is Chris Matthews going to see the doctor about the tingle in his leg? I am sure he can't stop it now. Maybe under this new administration this type of thing will become an illness or a disorder. Let's call it Matthewslegtingleitis. This may be incurable and may require the victim to go on Social Securtiy diability because the illness causes not only the symptom of leg tingling, but also lack of perseption of reality,diareahia of the mouth. Over talking anyone who disagrees with obama and the victim should not drive or operate heavy machinery due to the intoxicated feeling accompanying the illness. Will there be a class action law suit advertising on television trying to get compenation for these poor people afficted with this dreaded disease? I saw a clip on O'Reilly were a reporter was asking Jessica Alba about what she felt about Obama. When she answered and then asked the reporter the same question. The reporter responded I cannot answer that because I am a reporter and I must be unbiased. Alba flipped out stating you must answer that, what do you mean you can't answer that, he is the greatest president yet. Funny thing is he hasn't been in office a day.
Then there is the mass attention on Michelle Obama's and the Obama children's wardrobe for the day. Never have I seen more attention payed to inaugural wear. From were I was sitting I thought I was watching the fashion reports on E concerning the Acadamy awards. Rumor has it the J-Crew's website crashed upon word that the Obama children were wearing clothing from them. The hits on the site were so heavy that it could not handle it.
Now I ask, will this feeling of euphoria last? Or will it come to an end? Will the MSM's love affair with Obama come to an end and they turn on him like a rabid dog? Or will they cover for him? He has stated he will govern from the middle. Will this anger theMSM and the far leftist that put him there? For all of our sakes, I hope he does govern from the middle. Will the marriage between Obama and the MSM last or will it end like over 50% of the marriages in the United States in a divorce? Only time will tell, but I sure hope that the MSM is forced to pay child support when this is all done.
